In the event of failure of the product customer has to report the problem to support@aditech.in

ADITECH hardware products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. If Aditech receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, Aditech shall, at its option, either repair or replace hardware products that prove to be defective.

  • DURATION AND COMMENCEMENT OF WARRANTY PERIOD:
    • The warranty period shall commence on the invoice date.
  • Warranty Period’s are as per following
    • Industrial PC , Panel PC, Power supply, Embedded boards : One Year.
    • Innodisk SLC Flash disks & RAM : Three Year.
    • Innodisk MLC Flash disks : One Year.
    • Industrial Ethernet switches : Two Year by Aditech.
    • Default warranty period is one year for all other products.
  • THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS:
    • All other products, including those supplied within assembled systems by Aditech , will be covered by the Third Party Manufacturers warranty and time period and shall not exceed one year . After one year, Aditech does not take responsibility of warranty or repair for Third Party items. Owners should contact Third Party Manufacturers for warranty service and provide model numbers and serial numbers of the Third Party item. Third Party items include, but are not limited to, CPUs, RAM, Hard Drives, Floppy Drives, CD-ROMs, Ethernet Cards, Video cards, etc.
  • RETURNING PRODUCTS FOR REPAIR:
    • The owner shall prepay shipping charges (and pay all applicable duties, taxes, and other such charges) when returning products to Aditech for repair service. Aditech shall pay for return of products to the owner. Products shall be returned to the owner with the same level of freight service as the owner used when returning the product to Aditech for repair.
  • SHIPPING DAMAGE AND WARRANTY:
    • Damage or any loss to Aditech equipment caused by any transportation service while enroute to the customer is not considered a product defect and therefore ineligible for warranty service. All Aditech equipment is shipped without insurance so the responsibility for loss or damage claims to transportation services is the responsibility of the purchaser. In case purchaser has insurance policy, same number must reflect in purchase order.
  • LIMITATION OF WARRANTY:
  • Warranty service shall not apply to defects resulting from:
    • Improper or inadequate maintenance by owner
    • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or misuse
    • Operation outside the environmental specifications of the product
    • Improper site preparation and maintenance
    • Improper storage or handling by owner
    • Owner supplied software, hardware, or interfacing
    • All warranty is voided if serial number label is removed, illegible, or missing.
  • All warranties are subject to respective manufacturer warranty policy.In case original manufacturer supports more warranty than Aditech , Aditech will provide assistance to get further warranty . This will involve cost of freight /courier to and fro Taiwan (or service center of respective manufacturer) and any other incidental cost like custom duty, repair cost etc to be paid by customer at actual.
